DialMP3: Skype MP3 for Windows users

We posted about the Mac-centric DittyBot solution for accessing your iTunes collection remotely via your cellphone, and now Henry Etkin tells us he's worked up a solution that will achieve the same effect on the Windows side. DialMP3 requires .NET Framework 1.1, Windows Media Player 9+,
