Alright, admit it, how many of you have a Commodore 64 hiding in your closet.  You just can't let go, can you?  Well, New Scientist shares your sentiment and has taken a look back at some of the late, great tech from the early days of computing — when disk drives were big and beards were bigger. A time when, as historic computer enthusiast James Larrson points out, "you could understand the entirety of a system; every single aspect of the software and the hardware."  Excuse us while we load a C64 emulator on our handheld for old time's sake.
