Apple iPod + iPod photo = iPod color

We know it's going to peeve everyone who just bought an
iPod photo like, last week, but you can't say it was all that unexpected that the latest rev of the proper full-size iPod would have a color screen. Much as we all wanted it, wireless just didn't seem in the cards for the device—instead Apple cut the yummy center out (30GB) and left only the crust with two sizes and a very interesting price differential: the 20GB for $300, and the 60GB for $400.
Besides the 20GB model getting a little fatter around the waist (up to 0.63-inches from 0.57), the new devices will support Podcast bookmarking, the standard photo and album artwork features, and camera connector support.
