Forget the Vroom Box - just go for the Turbospoke

No sooner was the digital ink dry on our post about the
Vroom Box — which lets you make any car sound like a turbo-charged roadster — than we discovered that the junior version is already available. The Turbospoke, which connects to a bicycle's rear spokes and produces a convincing engine sound, is now available in the U.S., after two years in Europe. The Turbospoke takes the old card-in-the-spokes trick and amps it up to 11 with a chrome pseudo-muffler attachment. At $25, it's a bit more expensive than a pack of baseball cards, but trust us: your kids want this (and if you want it, go ahead and check out the
Vroom Box).
