iTunes 4.9 Podcast Import/Export

When Apple says that iTunes 4.9 supports podcasts, they aren't kidding. Jamie Phelps sent us an email telling us about the new 'Podcast' import setting, and sure enough when I looked in iTunes it is right there.

It sets the import to an AAC with 32 kbps(mono)/64 kbps(stereo), 22.050 kHz, using voice filtering. Now, I'm not an audio guy, but I do know that this will produce some small files, perfect for podcasting.

I wonder what other podcast touches are waiting in iTunes.
