Guardian Phone does 911 -- and that's it

The Guardian Phone is yet another
emergency-call device designed to be worn on a lanyard. While
not as interesting as some of the others we've seen, this one serves a more basic need: it's a 911-only cordless speakerphone, meant to be worn by the elderly. It offers one-button connection to a 911 operator, and uses the landline network, which makes it more reliable than many cellphone-based options (though, of course, it's useless outside the home).
