XBook Portable Media Player with swivel-mounted 3 megapixel camera

The XBook Portable Media Player appears to be the Keian PMP with a swish new logo slapped onto the wrap. The feature set is really nothing new: the usual 3.5-inch display (320 x 240 likely), 30GB hard drive, SD/MMC expansion, TV-out, MP3 and AVI playback, voice recorder, and replaceable lithium-ion battery offering enough juice for 4-5 hours of video or 15 hours of audio. And if this really is the Keian by another name then it should also support MPEG1/2/4 and DivX3/4/5 video playback to boot. Fine, but what sets this PMP apart are
(a) the on-board agenda which can be sync'd with Outlook and (2) the swiveling 3 megapixel camera for photos and video recording. All in a relatively portable box for a steep €599 ($714).
