Cocktail updated to version 3.6.3

It seems like only yesterday when Cocktail was updated to version 3.6.2. Ok, so it was 3 days ago.

Cocktail 3.6.3 (Tiger Edition) is a maintenance update that addresses a compatibility issue with "launchd" (launch daemon) on Mac OS X 10.4.1. This update is highly recommended for all users of Cocktail
(TE). Check the included release notes for more info.
