Widget Manager in OS X 10.4.2

RAILhead Design has posted a picture of the Widget Manager widget (try saying that five times fast), and I thought I would share it with you folks:

This is from a developers' build, so things might change before it is released unto us, the lowly user base, however it looks like a big improvement over the current built in widget management system, i.e., hunt around in folders until you find the widget you want to delete.
