This just in: Musicphone owners want to transfer tracks from their PCs

Frankly, we're shocked. Why on earth anyone would want to just take the low road and sync up the music they've already purchased and organized on their desktop computer to their musicphone instead of paying through the nose for frustratingly slow over-the-air downloads via cruddy UI is beyond us, but that's what some uppity execs from Virgin Mobile USA are thinkin'. Daniel Schulman, head honcho of the company, thinks that mobile operators looking to cash in on the digital music craze had better be prepared not to ignore the PC as an integral part of the equation, especially in youth markets. And mobiles companies better listen up 'cuz the youth market hath responded with a resounding
"duh."
