The Garmin iQue M3

Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's essentially a more budget version of the
iQue M5 they introduced earlier this year, but Garmin's new iQue M3 GPS Pocket PC does have a little something the M5 lacks: they've installed the same automotive-centric user interface found in their StreetPilot C series of handhelds that lets you easily navigate everything with your finger rather than a stylus (which can be a serious beyotch to handle while you're driving). The rest isn't so bad, either: a 3.5-inch, 240 x 320 pixel LCD touch screen, 32MB of ROM, 64MB of RAM, a 312MHz processor, and an SDIO expansion card slot. Should be out later this month.
