Panasonic's Lumix DMC-FZ30 8 megapixel shooter

The last of Panasonic's big three this morning is their Lumix DMC-FZ30, a monster 12x optical zoom 8 megapixel shooter building off their FZ20. You can also apparently upgrade that lens with an even more powerful telephoto or wide-angle add-on, but for about $950 US you might be better off just considering a proper DSLR.
