$1100 for an open source TCP/IP for Nintendo DS

GameInsider has found a page posting a bounty of currently $1127.57 for the person(s) that can successfully create a TCP/IP implementation for the Nintendo DS.  The rules are strictly laid out, so take a look at them before you set yourself into this project.  What is TCP/IP?  Essentially, it is a way to connect to the Internet, either for online gaming or web browsing. 
So imagine checking your mail using a stylus, or more realistically playing Meteos online with anyone in the world.

Alright, gentlemen, you have your mission, so get cracking.
