iRiver U10 8GB version on the way?

So rumor had it that iRiver was planning to throw down an
8GB version of their
U10 PVP, and DAPreview has gone and dug up a template page for an 8GB version of this unit. The page seems to indicate it might be using a 1-inch microdrive, which would keep prices much lower than if they'd gone the flash drive route. We know the dimensions — 69 x 47 x 21-mm — but we don't know any of the trivialities such as price or release date, unfortunately.
