If you have $45,000,000 burning a hole in your pocket and you'd like to tango with Apple's legal department, chrisj5000 has got a domain for you. eMac.com is currently on the auction block. Not surprisingly, the seller says "We also have a large, well known computer manufacturer interested in the domain." You don't say!

Is the $45M price tag too rich for your blood? Well, he is willing to negotiate. After all, the appraisal only came in at $1.85M.

Of course this auction could just be a ploy to more visitors to the site (the seller says it averages only 200-300 visits a day), which currently has a page of links to buy auction software, hosting and other services.
