OPS, the almost one-stop CVS camcorder hack for Windows

Last month CVS introduced the first one-time home movie camcorder solution—a $30 device with a 1.4-inch color screen that takes 20 minutes of home movies, which CVS will publish to a DVD for you for $13 after you return it to them. Yes,
so that's $43 out the door for 20 minutes of sub-DVD quality footage... on a DVD though! Makes a lot of sense, we know.
Anyway, of course the camcorder was been promptly hacked (revealing the video was standard fare 320x240 30fps XviD), so if you're in the market for a cheap $30 camera with a 20 minute shot life, now there's finally also a Windows tool called OPS to get that video off for you in one fell (but not necessarily easy) swoop.
