What we're watching and why: I love the way a high-definition concert looks and sounds. All too often we get hung up on video resolutions and forget about the awesome 5.1 digital audio. Here's a chance for all of us to redeem ourselves by tuning in to an accoustic Jefferson Starship performance on HDNet at 3:30 p.m.
