You can glow steady or pulse to the music - your choice. I can see the club kiddies going wild for these.

I'd buy a pair just for fun, but I am so very annoyed by the obnoxious audio assault I was presented with when I landed on their website (with no way to turn it off), that I have decided not to give them my money.
