Orange teaches geezers how to SMS UK style
We thought the underwater basket weaving classes our riot grrl friends took at Evergreen back in the day proved that you can go to college for just about anything, but Strathclyde University's new course in conjunction with UK carrier Orange on proper abbreviated SMS form and nomenclature (so u cn typ fst lk ths ok?) officially takes the cake. We also hear the academics are also calling for SMS to be its own language—but seriously, isn't it more a dialect, like IMglish?
