Verizon axes the Samsung i645

There goes the first EV-DO Windows Mobile Smartphone, kids. Yup, that's right, Samsung's
i645 officially got the axe by Verizon, who Phonescoop believes will be instead replacing the device with a CDMA version of the
Motorola Q. Could it be because the i645 still wasn't out closing in on almost a year after they started showing it off? Ah i645, we really, really hardly knew ye. Guess we'll just have to stick with the i730 for now, eh?
