Engadget Podcast 041 - 08.30.2005

It was a sad week in Engadget when one of our favorite companies, Rio, announced their defeat in the ultra-competitive portable audio market, but we couldn't help but get a chuckle out of Creative's worm troubles with the Zen Neeon, or Samsung's 19-inch monster of a laptop, the M70. The home entertainment world had a lot going on too, between Intel's VIIV spec, TiVo's first quarter in the black, and talks between the HD-DVD and Blu-ray camps dead once again (for good, for reals this time). But we're gonna have to say the biggest news this week may just have been our new enhanced Podcast program in AAC-check it out if you subscribe to us in iTunes, or download it from the link below!
