Mac users in Taiwan not happy

Jason over at Engadget Chinese alerted us to this site earlier today. It seems that Apple Taiwan's repair turnaround times are very poor, and people are having to go without their machines for what they feel is an unacceptably long time. Also, the blog asks why there is no online support database in Chinese.

Good luck to our Mac-using friends in Taiwan! Those seem like valid arguements to me. Remember: the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
