Sony just raised the bar (again) in the prosumer line of digital cameras with the launch of the Cyber-shot DSC-R1.
It's the first non-SLR camera to feature a 10.3 megapixel "large-format" CMOS sensor (size, really does matter) with a high quality 24mm – 120mm (35mm) lens in the same body allowing "live viewing" with the swiveling 2-inch LCD screen.
