DiVi CAM 428 sports camcorder, digicam, and MP3 playback

Even though we all know that the smaller the camcorder, the shakier the video, for many people size triumphs over quality. With that in mind, Creative Technologies has come out with the diminutive DiVi CAM 428 (caps lock broken in marketing?), a highly-portable digital camcorder, 4 megapixel camera, MP3 player and obligatory voice recorder. Video is encoded in MPEG-4, AVI, or ASF, and the 2-inch screen swivels 270 degrees for overhead shots. Reminds us of some of the devices in Panasonic's D-Snap line but with a better camera and smoother video (30 fps). Data is captured on an SD card (1GB max), and the unit is DirectPrint-capable for PC-less printing.
