Founder of WAB (PSP Downgrader) arrested in France?

According to the official WAB web site, WAB founder AloneTrio was arrested by police in Paris on Friday at approximately 7:00 PM (GMT/UTC + 1,
which is six hours ahead of the U.S. Eastern Time Zone; France apparently observes Daylight Saving Time, too). This move may prove to be the first major act against the makers of
the PSP Downgrader.

[UPDATE: Well, this story's being chalked up to a hoax (and hack) by the boys at
PSP
Spot. That was quick! Thanks, Dark....
Further UPDATE: Contrary to the rumor (concerning the other rumor) at PSP Spot, another post has been made on
the WAB site explaining AloneTrio's arrest. Apparently, AT was taken into custody not for any hacking or homebrew work, but because of a "little personal affair." Perhaps this was the result of a brew of a different sort? Thanks for the heads-up, Christopher7xii.]

If you weren't aware of it already, the folks at WAB and PSP-Dev have been feverishly working on a PSP firmware downgrader to keep
homebrew (and
maybe not-so-legal) applications running on Sony's hot handheld. At any rate, the actual reason(s) for the arrest are currently unknown, but the rumors out there claim AloneTrio was picked up for his "PSP activities" or old "computer hacking activities."

So is Sony striking back at PSP hackers? Or is this simply a case of a hacked company in AloneTrio's past finally getting its revenge? Well,
Yoshihiro—the other main Downgrade player on the WAB site—hasn't been arrested (at least, not yet), so this might not affect work on the Downgrader's development after all. Time will tell.

[thanks, Christopher7xii]
