E3 2010 in New Orleans?

A recent LiveJournal post suggests that the gaming industry might play a crucial role in the future of New Orleans. With the recent passing of the Louisiana Digital Media Act, video game publishers and developers will be provided tax breaks and other incentives for setting up shop in state. As for E3 in the Big Easy—that's just speculation. But if the industry starts to migrate down south,
it's certainly not out of the question.
