iUVO puts IV drip in a backpack

The iUVO mobile transfusion kit is designed for kids, but it would probably be a hit with just about anyone dependent on an IV for medication. Instead of tethering a patient to a pole, the meds are stored in a backpack with a built-in infusion pump, LCD readout and connecting tube. Designed in Denmark (natch), it's currently in the prototype phase, but we could easily see this turning up in some cutting edge hospitals in the near future (just don't expect your health insurance to pay for it).
