Airgo's dropping True MIMO Gen3 WiFi at 240mbps

While the IEEE's still trying to rein in
802.11n any year now (which could well hit data rates as high as 540mbps), Airgo's latest True MIMO Gen3 WiFi hardware is about to drop, and with speeds peaking as high as 240mbps. That equates real world rates hitting faster than traditional wired Ethernet, which is obviously quite nice for rocking some real wireless home multimedia apps (and where we were eventually headed, of course), but without a definite 802.11n upgrade roadmap it's still a little hard for us to imagine dropping a few hundies on a new superfast wireless rig for your home that may or may not work with everyone else's gear in a year or two.
