Samsung's networked SyncMastermagic LCD monitors
About the thinnest client we can imagine
(pun oh-so- intended), the SyncMastermagic CX715NT is actually just an LCD with some USB ports and a network jack that runs a desktop off a remote server. We won't harp too much on the obvious bandwidth drain and interaction quality issues that typically follow when running a full Windows environment outside a system like RDP/Term Services/Citrix,
but what, no widescreen? Their SyncMastermagic CX715ND kind of reverses the concept, and can control multiple machines from one head. Confusing, we know, but we probably just raised a few sysadmins' brows, so that's got to be worth something, right?
