They give you two offers to choose from in their latest promotion, which kind of reminds us of the irresistable force vs. the immovable object. Buy an iRiver PMC-120 unit, get a year of
Napster To Go, which will save you about
$180 off the cost of their subscriptions. That's fine, or you can go for the good stuff and pick up a 120 at the same cost as the NTG bundle, but with a slightly meatier inclusion: a 40-hour Series2 TiVo and a free year of service (which they value at $350). Granted, TiVo's been practically giving these things away for awhile now, but for the four of you out there simultaneously considering a TiVo and a PMC for using
TiVoToGo while you're wrapping up your late-summer roadtrips, this could be your lucky moment. Too bad iRiver's asking $500 for both bundles; go forth and portably consume media, friends.
