Sept. 24: What's on HDTV today
What we're watching:
It looks like I survived premiere week after all. There's simply no new shows available in high-def tonight. Now I can catch up on my sleep!
Well, maybe not since there is a college football game at 3:00 p.m.
this afternoon. CBS has the Florida at Kentucky game. Ok, so it won't be an afternoon nap kinda day. Who sleeps through college football?
I
guess I won't be going to bed early tonight either, since HBO-HD has
"I, Robot" airing at 8:00 p.m. I never did get to see Will Smith in this one when it hit the theaters; now I can catch it high-def! Life is good when there's a action packed, sci-fi classic available in HD.
After the jump is our traditional listing of HD programs throughout the night.
Here are some other HDTV programs showing on selected networks today. All times are Eastern:
ABC: Zippo. Have they pulled the HD plug?
CBS: Cold Case (8:00 p.m.), Without A Trace (9 p.m.)
NBC: Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (10 p.m.)
Fox: Took all of their cameras to the football stadiums for tomorrow. No HD programming.
WB & UPN: Sitting at home watching DVDs; no HD programming
TNT-HD: The Mask (6:00 p.m.), The Truman Show (8:00 p.m.)
