Successor to the Nokia 7280?

Is this the followup to the Nokia 7280
cellphone for the fashionista set? Looks like this version has an integrated flash and hopefully steps-up the VGA
camera. It would also appear to do away with the "mystery" slider and NaviSpinner opting instead for a larger iPod-esque touch wheel. Hey...is that a giant speaker on the back for some low-wattage music action? One can hope.
