WarioWare clone for PSP goes a little too far

I understand companies making clones of popular games – just think about all the Tetris and even Grand Theft Auto clones in the market  – but this very well may be a case where Nintendo sues the pants off the developers. Nintendo Gal has unearthed Baitohel 2000 for the Sony PSP: a blatant rip-off of Nintendo's popular WarioWare, Inc.
games – and although making a series of five-second minigames is not copyright infringement, having a minigame feature demented version of Mario and Luigi (pictured) is.

That the company thought to try and get away with this seems absolutely ridiculous. One thing is for sure – don't plan on ever seeing this game released in the US. You can view the game's website
