NBA 2K6 gets ready to tip off on Xbox 360

GameSpot has taken a first look at 2K Sports' NBA 2K6 as they prepare it for the Xbox 360 launch, and while this early playable version is a visual feast, developer Visual Concepts was in full "look, don't touch" mode, so there are no details on actual gameplay (surprise, surprise). The reviewers seemed to be in complete awe of the glistening sweat on the player models and "cloth physics" of the uniforms. They were also impressed with a new on-the-floor camera viewpoint, although this low perspective makes it difficult to see the entire court and your teammates. That's ok, it's not like you're going to feed them the rock anyway.
