Breaking news: OLN-HD and NHL details

Wow, earlier this morning I asked where we could find the NHL on OLN-HD tomorrow for the kickoff. What a ruckus! Looks like there are a bunch of hockey fans and some confusion, based on the comments. I was equally confused, so I went to the source: OLN.

I just got off of the phone with Scott Pinkerton in the OLN Affiliate area. Scott was kind enough to give a me a few minutes of his time for some questions. Here's what we know, which isn't much, but it's more than before:

  • OLN-HD will be a distinct channel in the future.
  • The NHL in HD kicks off tomorrow and will be shown on INHD at 7:00 p.m. ET
  • If you're cable or satellite provider carries INHD, you've got the game. If not, you're SOL.

I have Dish Network, which does NOT carry INHD. If you get a chance to catch the game tomorrow on INHD, please be sure to come back and let me know what I missed! Also,
