Widget Maker X by LAJ Design lets you organize your collection of Dashboard widgets, modify some example widgets and even create your own. You can code your creations by hand if that's your thing, or make use of Widget Maker X's creation wizard if that's what you prefer. Download a tutorial to get yourself started.
