Safe Shower Temperature Gauge tells you when you're in hot water
We always thought the easiest way to tell whether the water in your shower is too hot is to, you know, feel it. But we can understand parents of small children wanting a little more precision, so we guess there's a market for the Safe Shower Temperature Gauge, a $19.95 thermometer that connects directly to your shower spigot, and can warn you when the water gets too hot. It also comes with another feature that can come in handy in these days of high heating-oil prices: a clock, so you can track how long you've been in the shower, and get out before you run up that bill even higher (unfortunately, it lacks an automatic cut-off to force hot-water abusers out of the shower when their time is up).
