Did you know: Amazon sells WMV-HD DVD's?

Ok, so maybe I thought I could pre-order a Blu-Ray or HD-DVD movie from Amazon.
What can I say; I try to stay ahead of the curve. Well, you can't pre-order any of those DVDs just yet, but I did find it interesting there are some WMV-HD DVDs available.

These are films that display at 720p or better and you just pop them into your computer. You view them with either Windows Media Player 9 or 10, depending on the title. There's just a handful of these out there and they focus mainly on nature and travel,
but it's nice to know that there's an option, right? Maybe Blu-Ray and HD-DVD aren't the only games in town when it comes to high-def DVDs!
