Vodafone is releasing Toshiba's 903T GPS worldphone

Vodafone has started selling the 903T GPS phone by Toshiba we spied last month, a 3G handset that they claim is the first to deal out
GPS assistance in both Japan and the rest of the world. It's going to work with Vodaphone's new NAVI service that will serve up information about your location and destination, and help with route finding. You can spy the maps on the phone's 2.4-inch 240 x 320 display, and you should be able to connect to most networks with the CDMA and GSM support. The 1.92 megapixel camera is a nice touch, as is the SD support and included 64MB card, though it seems just 10MB is available for pictures — we're guessing a good chunk is being used up by maps. No word on a US carrier, but it should be a boon for the 4 Billion Japanese tourists who visit the Grand Canyon each week and need a little assistance hiking around.
