Plasma television, big screen TV, HDTV among most wanted holiday gifts

 
While an MP3 player topped the list as this years most wanted gift, a plasma TV was the second most, with big screen TV, HDTV, video game system,
home theater speakers and DVD recorders also found spots on this years list. The list is compiled by the Consumer Electronics Association
(remember, the same guys I warned you were out tagging and bagging early adopters to observe their habits) in a random survey.

Speaking of lab rats early adopters, they track us, I mean them in terms of what gifts we're giving out this season. MP3 players topped that list as well with 57 percent of the early adopters polled planning on giving one as a gift.
Amongst adults however, MP3 players trailed peace, happiness and good health as most desired in general, among the younger generation, video game systems were a clear leader.  Good to see the kids have their priorities straight.
