1080p DVD upconverter under $250?

Great googly-moogly! How did we miss this 1080p DVD upconverter
from available from Neodigits? Not that we have a 1080p set just sitting around begging for one of these, but still this gets us all "tingly" inside.
Apparently, the 1080p output is currently supported via component video, although Neodigits indicates 1080p support over HDMI via this firmware upgrade. The NeuNeo HVD 2085 sells for $245, which does not include any digital cables; still not a bad deal if it delivers as advertised!
