Automator action for iPod videos

The iPod with video capabilities, or Mr. 5G to you, has had it's share of how-to's on getting other types of video in it. Because not all of us care to see reruns of "That's So Raven." But I was browsing the Cult of Mac blog this morning and found a link to an Automator action that'll (obviously) automate the whole process of moving external vids into the little flat-faced scratch monster...

The Automator action will take mov's and dv's (which is handy for showing vids of the kids to granny), but requires QuickTime Pro. All this is from Jim Heid, who also wrote  a pretty good book on iLife '05 as well.
