Nero announced they will be releasing "Nero Showtime Mobile" which will allow Windows Mobile, Pocket PC and Windows CE users to enjoy not only audio playback (MP3, Ogg. MP4, AAC) but also MPEG-4 and h.264 encoded video on the go.

You can also stream content from your PC to your handheld easily as it uses UPnP to automatically discover compatible devices. It is currently still in beta but will be released by the end of the year. It will be available for free to registered owners of the full version of Nero 6.
