Ricoh Caplio R3 reviewed

Ricoh's
Caplio R3 is definitely an unusual camera: an ultracompact point-and-shoot with 7x zoom and image stabilization, at a street price of under $500. But how does it actually perform? Trusted Reviews checked it out and came away impressed, calling it an "attractively designed and well made camera with a highly unusual list of features, outstanding performance and a very reasonable price tag."
Particularly impressive were the camera's "virtually non-existent" shutter lag, great macro mode, and, of course, that zoom lens.
