Remember all the buzz about Google Desktop, the application that applied Google's searching technology to your personal computer and desktop? Beyond just searching for data on your computer, it also allows you to annotate your findings, mark them up for follow-up, and even share them with other users. I can see this being very useful in searching my workplace's large and Byzantine Intranet.
