HANNspree releases line of NBA-brand LCD Tv's

HANNspree, a Taiwan-based LCD tv maker who just opened their first store in San Francisco, has also announced they are partenring with the NBA to create a whole line of NBA-themed TV's. The HANNSbackboard is an HD-ready 23" screen built to resemble, what else, an NBA backboard complete with shot clock. They also have other screens themed for baseball and Disney characters.

Their stated purpose is to deliver on an emotional level and deliver an excellent viewing experience, do any of you think you would be more likely to purchase one of their uniquely styled TV's?

Just in time for basketball season to kick off, don't forget to catch the season opening doubleheader of Spurs-Nuggets and Suns-Mavericks on TNT-HD tonight.
