Speed Download updated to 3.0.14

Speed Download, the download manager for Mac OS X, has been updated to version 3.0.14. Use it to manage your connection's bandwidth, auto-resume file transfers,
upload files, distribute software to other people using Speed Download and more. Changes in this release include optimization for Tiger, an enhanced registration process and a few "...internal tweaks." You can view a full change log here.

I've never used this, but I know it's pretty popular. Speed Download 3.0.14 requires Mac OS 10.3.7 or later and any internet connection (meaning you don't need a high speed connection to use it). A single license will cost you $20US.
