Pansonic D-Snap SV-SD750 reviewed
If you're looking for a sleek audio player with a mirrored finish you may still be able to pick up an m:robe before all the stock disappears, or you can wait for the Panasonic SV-SD750 to hit the market. The SD70 has a few interesting features, according to a review by CNET Asia, based on a preproduction model. Unlike most recent flash players, the SD750 uses removable memory, which can be either good or bad depending on how many SD cards you've got lying around the house. It also uses a removable battery, something that could appeal to anyone who has had to pay extortionate fees to replace the battery on another player. Beyond that, CNET found the SD750's sound quality to be solid, though there were a few complaints, including sluggish PC software (no mass-storage drag-and-drop to the SD) and a weak FM tuner. The SD750 is expected to debut in Japan for ¥20,000 ($169) with no memory, so start hoarding those SDs if you really want one.
