Real Patches RealPlayer Security Holes

RealNetworks has updated both the Windows and Mac OS X versions of their RealPlayer software to patch two serious security holes. Descriptions of which versions of RealPlayer are affected can be seen here.

Of the two security vulnerabilities, only one of them affects the Mac OS X version of RealPlayer 10. The Windows version of RealPlayer is affected by both.

To update your version of Mac RealPlayer 10, launch the program go to the RealPlayer menu and select "Check for Updates."
