Exhaustive DOA4 hands-on with Itagaki

If you just can't wait for some hot Spartan-458 on Spartan-458 action in the latest Dead or Alive title,
then have we got some news for you!  1up is featuring a rather... lengthy preview of their impressions of the latest fighter from Team Ninja.  They actually got some playtime with a very-tired Tomonobu Itagaki, leader of Team Ninja, who had this to say about the new character:

One of the goals was for people who are Halo fans
to be able to come in and pick up the Spartan character and be able to play and be able to win against other
characters without being incredibly expert-level players. But at the same time, you want to leave a good amount of
growth so they can get better.

At least it won't be as hard as Ninja Gaiden, right Itagaki-san?  Right?!

[UPDATE: An astute reader noticed Itagaki let the name of Spartan-458 slip at the end of the interview.  Her name: Nicole.  Nicole the super killer Spartan warrior.  Doesn't have quite the same ring as Master Chief.  Thanks, krizage.]
